SYLVANIA 5814 Triple Mica Black Ribbed Plates with Square Getter
An extremely rare one from early 1950's. Our stock tubes are mostly labeled for Heintz and Kaufman. Some have their labels missing, but all are NOS. Their construction is quite unique with the third mica elevated quite bit higher on the top of the second one. If you're after a classic warm sound with good soundstage, these would be a good choice.

Cool stuff! Very rare find too. These gems have identical structure to the 5814 TMGP but with more liquidity and insight to the music. The 4 tubes in stock have identical serial numbers : 62-D and excellent test scores! All Grade-A!!

Grade A - The best in the stock. Lowest noise and microphony with the tightest balanced sections we have available. This is typically 10% or often tighter given the large volumes of our stock.

Grade B - Low noise and microphonics with a section balance typically between 15% and 20%, but may be higher depending on available stock.

Grade C - Lowest noise but slightly microphonic. Section balance will be similar to Grade A or B. This grade is only suitable for use in the driver stage of an amplifier, or the output/buffer stage of a DAC or CD Player.
