The WE-717A is a doorknob look-alike pentode tube designed by Western Electric, and made in large numbers by several US manufacturers like Raytheon and Tung-Sol during WW2. Recently it is fashionable as pre-driver tube in pentode or triode wired mode for SET amps like Yamamoto. Have a few Tung-Sol variant in stock as well. Available in matched pairs and singles.
