One of the best of its kind. These have triple mica and diamond mark in the bottom. These older 1960's ECC801s were the finest triple-mica low-noise tubes Telefunken ever made. Great extension, precision, detail and the deepest bass. No doubt a true reference among 12AT7s/ECC81s.  These are famous for their long life span, excellent tube structure design, low microphonics and noise level. We have 12 pieces in sealed original boxes. It is almost impossible to find such quantity in never touched sealed condition anymore.

Popular dual-triode tube for hi-fi and guitar amps, made in UK at the Brimar Footscray factory. This tube features large black box plates unique to itself. Sonically, these have breathtaking soundstage and instrument separation combined with again deep, powerful bass and natural warm mid range. A solid performer taking the audience to the performance venue. The tubes in stock are mostly British military designation CV4024 plus a few Haltron and CEI labeled ones...

Made by Munich factory/Germany in the early and mid 1960's. Mostly from the same batches. Like all other Siemens&Hlaske tubes these are far superior to the later production new logo Siemens ECC81s including the ECC801. We offer high quality German tubes in NEVER USED/MINT condition at bargain price. A part of the stock is labeled for Telefunken and Valvo.

RFT ECC81 / 12AT7 East Germany

Funkwerk/Neuhaus RFT tubes were made in East Germany throughout the cold-war era. Then many Eastern Block made tubes were bought through western contractors by NATO for military use. Such tubes often were labeled by those re-brander/contractors. Our stock tubes have such labels as RFT, Tungsram, Orion, Telefunken, Haltron, Glotron etc.  These are low noise and low microphonic tubes because of their rugged construction. They sound great and very good for guitar amps!!!
