Made by the Sylvania factory in the 1960-1970s and under Philips ECG label during 1980s. These are electrically somewhere between the classic 5881 (23 watts) and 7581A/6L6GC (35 watts). So, they can handle up to around 480 volts on plate risk-free, and you can expect a bit earlier break-up than the standard 6L6GC. Some of these are labeled for RCA. Recommended for many guitar amps especially Fenders and hifi amps like Leben.
