Military spec tubes made in the 1950's. These have black plates, square-getters and brown bases.  For many audiophiles, this tube ranks within the top-five of 6SL7 type. Sounds very similar to its counterpart 6SN7WGT chrome tops: clear, vivid and detailed with a soundstage that makes you feel like the main instruments are just a couple of feet ahead of you. Matched pairs available.

    This is my second order and again the Sylvania JAN CHS 6SL7WGT 1950's arrived very well packed and in perfect NOS condition. Lovely sound well ahead of the new stock 6SL7 tubes I have tried.
