Made by Hamburg factory of Valvo amid 1960's. Most of these have the same factory (D) - date codes. Great build quality with gold pins and solid disc getter. These have large amount of refined clean detail, natural/beautiful timbre, impressive open air at the top and amazing sound stage. The favorite ECC81 type of most of the audiophiles.
